About us
Hove Lagoon Watersports offers training in sailing, windsurfing, yachting and power boating to individuals, kids, schools, groups and companies. We have two operating sites in Brighton and a separate administration base.

Brief
We were looking for a system to improve the management of our staff, bookings, customers and marketing across all three locations.

MoleSoft
I came across Crispin at MoleSoft on the Internet. I was immediately impressed by his interest in the project, his attention to detail in clarifying the brief and the amount of time he was prepared to spend to get the brief right.

Crispin allowed us to work with him on the development of the system. He was very flexible and patient. He showed the ability to come up with creative solutions which were simple for the operator to use despite a lot of complex background work. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the sticking to a time scale, and the support services. Without doubt I would say the Crispin went the extra mile to help produce a system which is making the management of our business more efficient.
